I watch the show for pure entertainment value. I could never consider any of these winners capable of being the exec chef at any of the properties the show. Only because the winner is at best a line cook who didn't implode. As exec chef you have to do so much more then just cook the shift which is all I ever see from the show. You have to deal with seasonal changes in menu(s) and you have to deal with purveyors. How much to order, food costs and waste become a business breaker from my experience at least. -- Stephen Russell Sr. Production Systems Programmer CIMSgts 901.246-0159 cell _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
