Salespeople I know despise it, since one has to log essentially everything one does, but managers seem to love it: no fluff time. I don't know *what* I would have done as a salesman back in the day without fluff (i.e.: "sanity") time. Oh, yeah: I might have actually *sold* some stuff. Or not -- I really wasn't suited to the profession anyway. Hardest white-collar job in the world, bar none.
