Anyone have any recommendations on easier to use/low cost alternatives to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign?
I don't need anything sophisticated - I just need to occassionally change the text layers and/or colors of some PSD and AI files and then export out PNG images of specific sizes.
