Oh Matt - R U Bustin' on my Chops??? That really Hurt! Not...
Yeah - I'm a VFP guy, a 3D CG guy, previously a teacher of 3D CG, and now a Rapid Prototyper guy. But, a 2D CG or a Webpage guy I am certainly not! Need not hide the fact... Yes - U R right - initially - all I really wanted was a Hit Counter. Sure, all the GA stuff would be cool - but, mainly I wanted just a Counter to start with. So - I shall look at those webpages as soon as I can (I initially e-mail about this - and was working on it during my lunch hour - which ended over an hour ago - so, its Back to the Grind Stone for me!). Kurt- you are right - you are NOT a web designer.... <g> Do you want just a page counter, or full on analytic's? GA is the way to go for the full meal deal. If all you want is hits, here are some links with example code you should be able to just plug in: http://www.planet-source-code.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?txtCodeId=1683 &lngWId=14 http://www.comptechdoc.org/independent/web/cgi/javamanual/javaihit.html -- Matt Jarvis Eugene, Oregon USA [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/289ea162f5642645b5cf64d624c66a140e260...@us-ny-mail-002.waitex.net ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
