Vector changed editors - Kai Jaeger is now in charge of it - and we
voted at the last British APL Association meeting to drop the
requirement of publishing quarterly.  However, I'm sure this still
means that most of the work will be done by one person, so you might
want to send him a note: he's kai [at] aplteam [dot] com.
