Devon, I suggest “caution” in continuing to use Acrobat Reader, is it now “end 
of life”.  I have been receiving emails saying uninstall and do not continue to 
use etc, advice is to upgrade to a paid version (or seek an alternate and 
dispense with Adobe now).

Not sure if this might be affecting you, but I was receiving notices in Nov/Dec 
advising not to rely no it after December (although google for end of life 
Acrobat shows a date in April, so I am not sure … but the writing is on the 
wall).
