I have read that page. What I did was upload a file to my own WIKI directory then created a page, also in my directory and tried to reference the file as a picture to be displayed in the page. When I previewed the page it asked me to upload the picture file again. Even though I used the same name in the page as I used when I first uploaded the picture, it wasn't found. So, I hunted all over the place for the file I uploaded that was uploaded the second time. I have no idea where it went. I really don't understand how WIKI structures files. I could just upload the files and not worry about it, but that's not neat.
