Looking at your DonGuinn/Tuning page, you have obviously successfully done this 
before so I hope the following isn't telling Grandma how to suck eggs!

If you want to see what files are attached to a page then,
 * navigate to the page
 * click on the "Attachments" link in the bar above the page
 * All the files attached to the page will be listed on the resulting page in 
the section headed "Attached Files"

What was the name of the file that you attached?

If you are going to use an image only on a certain page, then I'd attach it 
directly to that page if possible rather than linking to it on another page.
