To say this slightly differently:
you need to be sure that attachments have one of the
supported extensions:

  myscript.ijs
  mytext.txt
  mypic.jpg
  mypic.png

Pay attention to lower case and absence of any 
extraneous spaces.

Otherwise the non-conforming attachments will be silently
deleted. (Unless you are page owner, which needs to be requested.)
