I just uploaded a script. 
I then linked to it on a page using [[attachment:file.ijs]] syntax. 
When I click on the link on the page, I get the message you describe below. 
There is also a "Download" button that will enable someone to download the 
script. I think the message is just saying that the file cannot be displayed on 
the screen.
