Devon, I have not been developing in j7 because my interest has been in developing turtle graphics like "logo" openGL in j6 and was never able to get it to work satisfactorily because j6 would halt after two few programmed turtle moves and Eric was not able to find the problem with my code or with openGL. Now GTK comes along and even less support for graphics questions has been offered, so I have not pursued turtle graphics.
