I was looking at the Lab: Graph Utilities in GTK and it looks good. There are coming graph options in JHS too, In JHS you can use jgc and plot
In GTK there are quite a number of graphical options and cover in J7 are coming more and more so I guess you should be able to take the leap. I have not touched J6 for a very long time now and I like the new GTK and JHS facilities more and more. I have been playing with the labs in JHS and it is nice to be able to zoom in and out with the browser and the canvas is much bigger in the browser.
