Yes - once just yesterday as it happens. SP6/Win2K.  (I do not think it is 
related to the OS at all.

It used to be common under SP2 and then I never saw it under SP5 but I 
believe it was there but rare.

Now I have seen it once under SP6.  I have been doing a lot with SCH the 
last few days.
