Yes. That's what you get when you try to load Tango into Protel v.3/98/99. 
You need version 2.8 to load Tango. Protel has supplied version 2.8 to 
licensees who request it. If it is one translation, I'd be happy to accept 
the file, zipped please, and return a file which P99 will load.
