On the print dialog that pops up when printing from CAMtastic, uncheck
Print Page Info Header on the Printer Setup menu. Where is the Printer
Setup Menu? It's under File/Print Preview, so it is easy to overlook.
But that header seems to print along the top border for me (at least in
Preview). Maybe some printer driver problem?
