Michael, i had the same problem with Win95 some time ago. Protel did not liked the Microsoft fax printer driver (Exchange) that time. After deinstalling the fax driver protel printed ok. Best way is to deinstall all your printer drivers and reinstall them one by one, checking which of them is the troublemaker (hopefully not your default printer).
