A recent thread has reminded me of a long standing irritation with Protel:
I currently use 99SE SP6. If I use Explorer to open a ddb (by double clicking), Protel starts and the ddb is loaded, as expected. However, if I the double click on another ddb, another copy of Protel starts, with the new ddb opened. Is it possible to make Protel just load the second ddb into the first session?
