It's still there. If you look at how menu items are constructed, you'll see there is one in the list of processes called: Sch:ExportSchematicToDatabase
Use that one, and fill in the text line above it with something like: ExportToDatabase. When you close the dialog box, you now have access to File:Export:ExportToDatabase You'll get a dialog box asking what you want to save. It took me 2 minutes to figure this out...
