I was sent BMPtoPCB and PCBLOGO. I have tried BMPtoPCB logo and it works 
great. Have not tried PCBLOGO yet. I also tried a program called KLIPPER 
(linked off of the protel site). Works very similar to BMPtoPCB but you will 
spend $100 more for it.
