Go figure that it is time to go and annoy Protel support. If this was me I would simply sit on the phone until someone answered and I got an answer. The much-vaunted ATS is supposed to offer better support - try it out and let us know what happens. Actually, there have been reports of this happening before but I can't recall the solution.
