I find that when the print preview is not working properly that I can get
the preview correct by highlighting the printer within the design explorer,
then editing the properties. Sometimes just touching the printer settings
then Process PCB.

I've had problems if I don't have the actual pcb file opened as well as the
ppc viewer.
