Well, I can't get you any physical ones, but simulating them in SPICE
is trivial.  Take a 12 V inbdependent voltage source, and connect the
base and collector of any NPN transistor to the +, and the emitter to
the -.  You should be able to read LOTS of current, if the DC operating
point will ever converge.
