Easy... When you have the PPC as you want it, just use Edit-->Copy to copy the image to the clipboard. Then paste into your Word doc using Edit-->Paste or ^V. You'll probably want to Edit the picture to reset the reset the boundaries.
I use this all the time for assembly and rework diagrams. You can also Export as a WMF (Windows Meta File), and insert into word from there.
