You could also do a search on the internet for "Screen Capture"
programs. There are a lot of good freeware/shareware programs out
there that let you capture a screen, window or selected portion
of your screen to various graphics file formats or the Windows
clipboard.

I personally use SnagIt32 (and have for a long time). It works
great for capturing anything you can see on screen in about any
way you want. It doesn't interfere with the program you are
capturing data from and works fine with Protel (schematic, PCB,
PPC, etc.)
