Dennis, The order of the sheets in the explorer pane is dependent on how they are "stacked" on the schematic sheet. Use the "Move To Front", "Bring To Front", Send To Back", Bring To Front Of" and "Send To Back Of" commands to set the desired order. After executing any of the above commands, push F5 to refresh the explorer pane.
