Hello forum members. I'm running protel 99SE sp6
I've made a +5V plane on an internal layer, using a split plane that covers the entire layer. In the middle of the layer, I'd like to place another split plane with +3.3V. Is this safe to do without risking a shortcircuit between the two split planes or would one need to create an 'inner border' for the +5V plane? How would that be done?
