You may also want to check out the IPC and Designers Council They have a training course available too. But the Rigid PCB Design Standards does have this info. There is also an IPC standards group revising this type of data. www.ipc.org then follow to Designers Council

Was hoping someone more experienced could point me to some charts comparing the following: trace width vs. current capability trace width vs. standard wire gauge Do either of these exist in a easy reference place or are these numbers I need to calculate.. And if so, could someone point me down the right path of numbers? Thanks for you time and patience with my ignorance :) Keith Posted from Association web site by: Keith Michalowski * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * To post a message: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * To leave this list visit: * http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/leave.html * * Contact the list manager: * mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * Forum Guidelines Rules: * http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/forumrules.html * * Browse or Search previous postings: * http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
