Note that actually it doesn't handle passing parameters by ref ;). And
that all the boost.parameter's features are not implemented!
However, this is really great and fast w/r to compile times!
Yes, I did notice that it doesn't handle passing by ref ... that is a
problem with some of my parameters. Thanks for pointing that out.
But it still gives me most of what I want to use it for and with the
improved compile time as mentioned.
