I just revamped it a bit, it was originally geared to listing
*collections* of plug-ins (like Scripteka and AjaxRain), but I've
given it three categories (Collections, Libraries, Individual Plug-
ins). People can add things there if they like.

At some point, the content from the unofficial wiki (which WikiDot has
started absolutely *plastering* with ads) will be migrating onto the
official Prototype site, prototypejs.org, once that site is being
served from GitHub (via GitHub Pages[1]) and it's easy to contribute
content (via git or a browser). I can't guarantee that the list of
plug-ins will survive that transition; that's up to the Core team. I
think there's been resistance in the past, but that may be in the
past. Or not. :-)
