Hi John,

OK, I think I have a better understanding where you're coming from. The 
sampling stuff is probably going to be an issue for you if that's a large part 
of what you do. Everything else would be fine. If keeping up appearances is 
part of it, then by all means, make that migration. If maintaining the same 
level of accessibility is more important on the soft synth side, perhaps you 
might want to consider keeping a legacy system around. Hope that helps and
