Hi Slau, I don't know if the site was down but I had a problem at first authorizing it, but, someone from avid very kindly authorized it for me. Then I went on to the ilok site as he told me and downloaded licences. I checked them and the one I wanted was there so, I am fairly certain that I added it to the USB smart key.
Do you think I will need to reinstall the CDs? Thank you for your help.
