Hi Trevor,

That shouldn't be the case. First, you need to verify that you downloaded the 
license to your iLok. Go to their web site, log in with your iLok key inserted 
into an available USB port and take a look at what's on the key. You shouldn't 
need to reinstall any plug-ins. The software should immediately detect the 
available licenses.
