Hi, Just for everyones information if you buy a boxed copy of pro tools
as long as your email address is the same address you use with your
avid.com account you will be able to upgrade to pro tools 11. I just
completed the upgrade process and now am having an issue with entering
in my registration information into the avid site. I enter in my ilok
user ID and fill out the information but when I get to the box that asks
me when did I buy this product and try to fill it in on any system mac
or linux or windows I am unable to do so. Voiceover just says
"clickable" and asks me for the date but it is not a normal edit field
and no matter what I try I can not get any of the information entered
into the form. Also, when it asks for information like if you wish to
receive product information I was able to get to the options on the mac
but not with windows no matter what browser I used. I thought that Avid
was for accessibility of their site but when I run across these
registration issues on the site this is not what I am seeing. I did
email the web master address on the avid site about these major issues
and did mention about this mailing list and what has been going on in
regards to pro tools accessibility and gave lots of resources for fixing
these issues is it best to just call support or see if they respond?

found nothing. What information do I need to provide the account system or who
