Hi Ricky,

It's easy to be thrown off when dealing with a new platform in general but, in
this case, it would throw off the most experienced Pro Tools user, especially
if they're unaware of new features and changes. To me (actually, to anyone who
has used Pro Tools for years), much of the platform has remained unchanged in
the grand scheme but there have been numerous additions to the interface and
dialogs. It's always been overwhelming and now it's even more overwhelming.
that's true for all users across the board. The best way to learn is to be
burned a little, eh? I've certainly had my share of mishaps along the way and
the school of hard knocks is perhaps the best school for learning Pro
Tools—that, and reading the manuals, of course ;)
