Does the Digidesign 003 not work with PT12? It has 8 ins, 4 preamps, jog wheel, 
two headphone jacks with separate volume knobs  and 8 motorized faders as well 
as fader flip mode. Like most all in one surfaces I think that the converters 
and the pres are a little week, but you can expand the converters via light 
pipe.
