Guys,

I might a done something really stupid! I need a little help/clarification.

There is a company, not sure if you all have heard of them, called Ilio.
That's I l i o. There web site is:

http://www.ilio.com

Anyway, what I like about them is that they sell Synthogy Ivory as a
downloadable package. Basically, you run the installer, then it downloads all
the libraries and puts them in your Ivory library folder.

Anyway, a few months back, you all may recall that I bought Synthogy Ivory
American Concert D. That worked perfectly. I was able to download all of the
presets from the ProTools With Speech site with ease, and was up in no time.

Now, considerring how great of an experience that was, I figured this month
that I'd add to my Ivory collection. Therefore, I bought the $179 version of
IvoryII Italian Grand. I got it installed just fine, all the libraries
downloaded, but when I open up PT just like before, create an instrument track,
pop Ivory on an insert, then look at the presets, I am finding that I see
nothing about the Italian grand. The weird thing is that I could have
absolutely sworn that some of you had the Italian Grand. I know some of you
have told me that the Bosendorfer presets worked. Now granted, I know those
probably are not in the Italian set. I went through all of the presets one by
one from each sub menu in the dropdown. Hardly any of them are playing aside
from that in Concert D, which of corse, all of them play just fine.

So, I'm hoping I didn't just waist $179, as if I did, that would be a hell of a
financial loss!

Let's just be very very clear. What Ivory sets aside from Concert D could I
get that absolutely guaranteed would work? I know some of you are using
IvoryII in general, but I thought basically all that was was all the sets like
Concert D, German pianos, Italian grands, etc. basically all bundled together.
I know that thing is like $349. So, I'm just confused. I might can get Ilio
to refund me, but no guarantee.

It's funny because some of the presets that are not in the American D preset
sub menu still work, but they're not a piano. They're seeming to give me what
sounds like a string pad, even though the preset itself says it's a grand piano
of sort.

So, I'm wonderring if whoever did these presets either 1, screwed up, or 2 and
more likely, presets are not built for any of the Italian grands, at which
point, being I already have Concert D, I need to know what else I could get
that would work straight outta the box.

Chris.
