Hi Chris, Actually I believe that the American concert D and the Italian grand are not included in the base libraries so you should be OK with those purchases… As for the plug-in interface, I'm not exactly sure how a sighted person would see the preset buttons, but it should have an arrow or some way to advance the presets and that's what they have to click on.
