So, what all then is included in the IvoryII Grand set? Which sub menu of the
presets do I need to look in to find the pianos that aren't in Concert D, but
that are! in the I2G set?

  Hi Chris,
Actually I believe that the American concert D and the Italian grand are not
included in the base libraries so you should be OK with those purchases…
As for the plug-in interface, I'm not exactly sure how a sighted person would
see the preset buttons, but it should have an arrow or some way to advance the
presets and that's what they have to click on.
I never had to save any presets because I just used all the presets that were
already made.
Again, good luck and sorting all this out!

    Vinny,

I've definitely saved out presets before, yes. I've never done it though
where someone sighted had to do it for me. So, basically, even though
Voiceover can't see it, how does this work? Is there actually a dropdown in
the plugin window that says Preset? I agree with you it should be very obvious,
but I just want my grounds to be covered.

BTW, I went ahead and bought the entire Ivory 2 grands. This way I now
have all of the stuff bundled. I still need to obviously get the IG done, but
like you say, all the other stuff should work. The only thing that kind a
concerns me is, seeing I already have some of the libraries, being I bought the
IG and the ACD separately, how is that gonna work? I guess it would just
overwrite those libraries, or would you more suspect when
downloading/installing, it will just skipem altogether, since they're already
there.

I've gone ahead and deactivated the asset on my ILok for the IG
individually, since that'll be included in the entire II grands set, if I'm
correctly understanding.

I'm thinking that Ilio may give me a refund on the other product, given my
unique situation. I don't count on it entirely, but I think it's worth me
trying.

I'm more just concerned what'll they do seeing that though deactivated,
that individual IG license is still sitting in my ILok account waiting to be
reactivated. They can't just remove an asset from my account, can they?

      Hi Chris,
Sorry I would be unable to help you from long distance because I' would
need the actual downloaded version of the grand piano. I think it would be
easier than you might imagine… Just have someone select each preset in the
Ivory interface in the plug-in window and then save them as you would normally
as a Pro Tools preset in the first dropdown menu in the plug-in window called
Settings.
Have you ever saved out ProTools presets before? It's not that difficult…
I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out with some sighted assistance…
As a last resort, you might reach out to the developer and asked them to
create the ProTools presets for you…
      Good luck!

        Vinny,

I don't have anyone sighted near me who is able to help with this.

If I get with you off list, do you know anyone sighted maybe in your
family, or elseware who'd be willing to make these presets for me? I have
absolutely no problem whatsoever paying for their time.

If not, can you at the very least instruct me on what I'd need to tell
someone to do who isn't very tech savvy? Is there actually a dropdown in the
plugin window which they need to select from? In other words, if there are no
custom presets, then how would a sighted person go about loading up the
presets? Please be as absolutely specific as you can be. Any visual aide
references you could make as well for me to tell them to look for, such as,
have them look for the little green triangle and click on it. Anything that
may help me tell them where to go.

I can try finding someone, but it's going to be very very difficult, at
best.

        Chris.
