There are only a handful of people using Ivory on the list and they probably already know this but, just in case, make sure to place the Italian Grand presets into a dedicated folder within the Ivory folder in the Plug-in settings folder alongside the other folders I posted on the ProToolsWithSpeech.com site. Otherwise, the presets alone within the Ivory folder will show up as random presets. The preset menu in the plug-ins window reflects the folder structure of the Plug-in Settings folder in the Finder.
