Chris,

Those folders can be called anything you want because they're simply user 
presets. The fact that Avid's own presets and some third party presets are 
included is just a convenience. When I did the names for the other pianos, I 
followed what the preset category name was and what the piano preset was for 
each instrument. Further, those preset folders and names can be changed right 
in the Finder.
