Hi Brian, The quickest way to select only one specific track is either
•Find the track list popup menu, and select to hide all tracks. Then go to the track list and press the left column for the track you would like to monitor. or •make sure only the track you would like to monitor is selected in the track list, and then go to the track list popup menu and select to show only selected tracks. BTW, one way to quickly select only one track in the track list, is to focus on the track and press control-option-shift-M, and then press escape as soon as the menu comes up.
