A bucket truck has a truck attached to the lift.  For example:

Since we've only been able to observe behavior of the skypilot from
outside, it is impossible to say for sure.  But certainly density was
a factor.

If you read SkyPilot's white papers, it becomes apparent that they use
some kind of funky radio/antenna scheduling to try to avoid
self-interference.  It is possible that the NanoStation they sell
might include some of that special software sauce.  I am not sure what
the hardware platform is that runs the SkyPilot radios, so it would
not be possible to determine if you could or should run some other
firmware until we got possession of one and could play.
