I have had this very same problem with the old fern ware. When I had 5 titles. It would keep saying please wait. I had to un plug the machine take the batteries out and put them back in again. When I ttuned it back on the COULD I was coppying to was completely distroyed. I called IRTI and they didn't have an answer for me. I even sent email to everone here and noone had an answer for me. So I don't dare have more than 5 titles. So you see it doesn't matter what fern ware you are using it still does it. I never did get this problem resolved. I even tried a new card it didn't make a difference. Linda Reeder
