The question is: What do we do when the judges betray us and cancel our
rights?
The answer is: Break the banks, who are the real enemy and control the
judges.
The way to do this is for hundreds and hundreds of people, whether in
Class Actions or individually, to file Statements of Claim in the Supreme
Courts around the nation to the effect that their loan contracts with the
banks which incorporate variable interest rates are void for uncertainty,
ie: invalid under the common law which demands that there be certainty of
terms for a contract to have been created. Variable means uncertain and
certain means not variable (the Oxford English Dictionary). Seek Relief in
the form of restitution, ie: the return of all money collected by the
banks under this fraudulent scheme.

If the judges dismiss any cases, then they are guilty of concealing a
serious offence and indict them under the Crimes Act 1900. Indictment means
trial by jury.
If the judges are honest and grant the Relief, then the banks will have
had their stranglehold over the courts and the parliaments broken.
Keep It Simple. Don't get roped into side issues.
Variable means uncertain.........keep saying it over and over until you're
sick to death of it. But it is the truth, and the truth is the only thing
that can restore power to the people.
