After running the last 2 cmd's and trying to reinstall the agent, I'm still
presented with the same error as before :(.

All operations were carried out under the Administrator account. Puppet 3.3.2
was already installed and running. Reboot did not help and neither did removing
puppet agent 3.3.2 before installing 3.4.0-rc1.
Windows is a fresh install (no other applications installed) and has no SP.
