this; I wouldn't have said that before. Anyway, thanks for being

Sorry - my comment about frustration came out wrong.
What I meant was, I have this internal view of myself having a
complete understanding of the world, and when people explain reality
to me in a way that clearly conflicts with that model, I find it
frustrating to realize that I'm wrong.
I.e., it was meant as a joke about being frustrated at being wrong
about what people want, and yet appreciating that I'm being forced to
revisit assumptions.
Thus the plea to continue pushing in this area - I am not fond of the
naive solutions (doing straight db queries or equivalent) but the
problem you're facing is a real problem, and if we can't come up with
one that seems to fit Puppet's model of the world we need to revisit
the model or our assumptions.
