Oh, please don't!  The Project Swiki is already doing the right thing
and giving very clear instructions to the browser on what to do, and
Scamper could certainly follow those instructions.  Having the *server*
figure this out means you have to constantly modify the server as new
browsers come out.  squeakland.org has this trouble, for example.

Keep in mind that there's no reason that the display must be embedded if
it is viewed from Scamper.  It would be fine to put a project link in
the Scamper window.  Heck, it would be okay to get started if Scamper
just opened the project and jumped to it.

To work on this, look at class HtmlEmbedded.  There is already Flash
support to use as a guideline.
