At my company, we have a single Eclipse 3.5 installation on a shared drive. In order to install new plug-ins/features, we must do so only for our own profile. We also do not have internet access that allow us to touch the update site. Therefore, we need to be able to install by selecting Help->Install New Software and then using Install from an Archive. This requires the zip file to contain a properly formed site.xml so that we can install. Can you please fix this? Thanks!
