I just wanted to note that writing Actionscript and compiling with Flex isn't out of the question (albeit I've just used the Flex SDK under Windows), and a browser-accessible game would be really easy to show off to his friends. There are some pyglet platformers available, check out the projects page (I think you already have from the OP, but you didn't mention Pygerpugabot for example). Also I'd go to the Pyweek site for examples. Finally I would suggest asking your question on an active games forum, I recommend TIGSource. There's a lot of people on that forum not much older than your student and I think they could offer some useful advice. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pyglet-users" group.
