Great. I've already cleaned up the pgdb module. It will require Py 2.3 
to 2.6 now. Btw, we should also start thinking about support for Py 3.0. 
I guess we will need to create a separate branch, maybe with version 
numbers >= 5.0.

Btw, should we also use this opportunity to convert tabs to spaces to 
comply with PEP8 (and what about the tabs in the C code)?

Regarding Postgres, will we support down to 7.2 or only 7.4? The 
changelog and install docs currently say different things.
